A Little Ash Stool

This was a fun little project. I didn't have any stock on hand that was wide enough for the top, so it's glued up. The legs are through tenoned and wedged into the top, and the rest of the joinery is basic mortise and tenon joints which are simply glued, rather than wedged or pinned. The final finish for this stool turned out to be simple linseed oil; which means it's a light golden color. Herself's grandfather built a similar stool out of oak, and I thought that a second one would be useful. ...And it is...
